Property management in Warren County
Our office is at 426 N Royal Ave in Front Royal, and most of the homes we manage are in Warren County: in-town houses and apartments in Front Royal, river and mountain homes along the Shenandoah, and small multifamily buildings downtown.

Short-term rental rules in Warren County
Outside the Town of Front Royal, every short-term rental in Warren County needs a Conditional Use Permit approved by the Board of Supervisors after a Planning Commission hearing. The county fee is $1,750 and the process takes at least three months. The home must sit at least 100 feet from every neighboring residence, and the septic approval sets a guest limit that can never exceed 10.

Towns in Warren County
Incorporated towns set their own zoning, so a home inside town limits can follow different rental rules than one a mile outside.
