01Do mid-term rentals need a short-term rental permit in Warren County?
No. The county code defines a short-term tourist rental as a rental for periods of less than 30 days. A furnished stay of 30 days or more falls outside that definition.
02How is a mid-term rental priced, and what is your fee?
Monthly, and higher than an unfurnished lease because the home comes furnished and the stay is shorter. Shorter stays carry a higher monthly rate, and an all-inclusive rate bundles utilities, internet, lawn care, and cleaning. We quote each home individually. Our management fee is 15 percent of rent collected.
03Can I switch to nightly rentals once my permit is approved?
Yes. We set each mid-term stay to end on or near the date your permit is expected, so the home is ready for nightly guests as soon as you have the certificate of zoning. How the permit process works.
