Blaise Surprenant

Blaise joined Property Management PLUS in March 2026 as Assistant Manager and was promoted to Manager in August 2026.

He oversees day-to-day operations for the homes we manage: leasing and showings, rent collection, resident communication, and coordinating our local vendors on repairs and turnovers.
