Nina Hike

Nina is the Oracle and founder of Property Management PLUS, LLC, which she formed in 2004. After careers in the financial world, medical billing, and the railroad, she found her calling in property management.

She is also a licensed real estate agent with Morris & Co. Realty, LLC in Front Royal, so the homes we manage are listed and leased under a licensed brokerage.
